Description

Acyclovir-Vishpha is an antiviral ointment used for the treatment of skin and mucous membrane infections caused by herpes viruses.
It is most commonly applied to cold sores (herpes labialis) and works by slowing the growth and spread of the virus, promoting faster healing and symptom relief.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Acyclovir – 25 mg per 1 g of ointment (2.5% concentration)

Excipients: Polyethylene glycol 1500, polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, emulsifier No.1

How to use

How to Use

For external use only – apply to affected skin areas.

Apply a thin layer 5 times per day (about every 4 hours, excluding night time).

Start treatment as early as possible, preferably at the first sign of symptoms (tingling, redness).

Continue treatment for at least 4 days, up to 10 days if healing is not complete.

Wash hands before and after application. Avoid touching or rubbing the affected area.

Do not apply to mucous membranes (e.g., eyes, mouth, genitals). For genital herpes, consult a doctor.

If symptoms do not improve after 10 days, seek medical advice.
